The recent expenses scandal in Parliament has rocked the polticial establishment - and put real, meaningful reform back on the agenda for the first time in over a decade.
The Lib Dems have been long-standing and vocal supporters of electoral reform, and have led the fight in Parliament. But if we're going to seize this opportunity we need a clear demonstration of public demand.
Rally for a Change is the public meeting of the Vote for a Change campaign (http://www.voteforachange.co.uk). There will be music and poetry, as well as an opportunity to put questions to a panel of politicians and celebrities.
